General comment
It's a very good Panama for offshore corporations, but there are doubts when it comes to actually living.
Security is good in Latin America, and you can speak English as well as Spanish, so Singapore in Latin America is certain and may be easier to live in.
Although it is an important tax system, tax exemption is applied to income from foreign sources, but there is a 183 day rule.
Since the first visa is valid for 9 months, you will have to pay tax in Panama at that point, but residents will have to pay a large income tax because it will be the source of Panama even for remote work.
Therefore, there seems to be little merit.
