The Czech Republic is a popular country because it is in the EU but the prices are low and the cityscape is beautiful.

General comment
Looking only at the cityscape and low-cost living expenses, it seems good, but you need to ask a professional to get a visa, and so is securing accommodation, but it is troublesome compared to other countries. I have too many impressions
It is also a big negative point that it can take 90 to 120 days to get a visa.
Income tax is 15% for total income up to CZK 1,701,168 (about $ 79280.81) after deducting 60% of total income, 23% for more, social security tax is 31.3% for social security, 13.5% for health insurance, It's reasonably expensive
Even if you obtain permanent residence, you will not be able to obtain an EU 10-year visa because you can stay in other EU member states for up to 90 days out of 180 days.
If you are not particular about the Czech Republic, you are likely to be excluded from the candidates.
