Belize is the only official language in Latin America in English
Belize has a Nomad program called Work Where You Vacation that allows you to stay up to 180 days.
Requirements
- Proof of employment outside Belize
- Proof of income of $ 75,000 for one year and $ 100,000 for couples
- Notarized bank and account statement submission
- Submission of police certificate (within 6 months)
- Travel insurance (minimum $ 50,000 compensation)
- The application fee is 500 BZD (about 250 $) per adult, and 200 BZD (about 100 $) per person under the age of 18.

- Apply online to the Belize Immigration Bureau
- Wait for approval
- Once approved, you will be allowed to stay for 180 days
General comment
Belize is the only country in Latin America where English is the official language, so it's easy to spend
Belize offshore companies are tax exempt in Belize and will not stay for more than 183 days, so income tax will be exempt if you enter the country under this program.
I think there are many flights via Houston, USA, but access may be a little inconvenient and incidents occur frequently, so there are security issues depending on the location
