Credit card that can be used in Croatia
Most of the credit cards that can be used in Croatia are VISA, Master, Diners, and some are AMEX.
Unfortunately for Japanese people, JCB cannot be used at all.
Also, since payment with a card with a touch function is common, I think it is better to change to a card with a touch function instead of paying with a PIN code.
Croatia is a member of the EU, but the rate is not very good because it uses its own currency, kn (Kuna).
If you have been in the field for a long time, open an account at the bank and use Wise to change your currency I think it's best to send money, withdraw it, and use it in cash.
However, if you want to save miles, there is not much difference considering Wise fees, so I think that payment by credit card is not a bad option.
