Looking for an apartment in Croatia
Now, to get a residence permit in Croatia I need an address to stay
I can search by facebook group or search on the real estate website.
I don't do facebook, so I decided to look for it on the website
The site called njuskalo was the most posted, so I searched here
Select "Iznajmljivanjestanova (rental apartment)" of "Stanovi (apartment)" from "Nekretnine (real estate)"
The center of Zagreb was good, so select "Grad Zagreb" in "Županija (county)" and "Donji Grad (downtown)" and "Donji Grad --Medveščak" in "Grad / Općina (city / municipality)" , Click "Pronjuškaj"
I selected the properties that meet the conditions from here and tried to contact all of them by brute force
Every page has a phone number in the contact information, so contact us with WhatsApp.
Probably I sent nearly 50 cases, but there were about 4 vacant cases, 5 or 6 replies saying "I have already decided", and no other replies.
I inquired in English, so maybe Croatian was better
After all, the reply went to the preview of the property speedily and told that I would contract with a prompt decision.
I was planning to go see another property the next day, but even if I like the property, I may not always be able to contact you, so other people may contract early.
Both the owner and his daughter had a good personality, so it was decided that it was better to decide than to stick.
Even if it's hard to live, I thought I should put up with it for only one year
There are some differences from Japanese contracts
〇Minimum contract period is 1 year (some properties are OK from 1 month)
〇Basically, furniture and home appliances are available (the owner will prepare what you need), so the initial cost is low and you can move easily.
〇If I pay a deposit for about a month's rent, I don't need key money and I will get a refund if I don't break anything when I move out.
〇If there is an intermediary there, a fee for half a month to a month will be charged (this is the same), but if it is a direct contract with the landlord, there will be no fee
that's all
I think that the home insurance differs depending on the property, but this time the property is not particularly necessary (I think that the landlord is included) (If I check with the insurance company UNIQA, even if I buy it myself, it is about $6,000)
As with Japan, the most necessary internet contract for my work seems to be tied up for two years, and I was asked to make a contract myself, so a major hrvatskitelekom When I looked up to sign a contract, I found that I needed a passport and an address.
Therefore, I have to contract the property first, so it will be postponed.
And, in order to contract the property, I need a personal identification number called OIB (my number in Japan), so I have to get it at the Revenue Agency.
I checked this on the WEB and found that if you have a copy of your passport and an application form (downloadable), you can apply using the form, but it takes about 8 days, and in the end it seems that you need to go to the Revenue Agency with the documents. So I decided to go between Monday and Friday (it seems to be published on the same day)
This report will be at that time. see you
