How can I attach a police certificate? I received a reply by e-mail
The reply was, "You cannot open the apostille documents yourself, and Japanese people do not need a visa, so please apply for a visa at the police station where you are staying in Croatia."
So that means I can't apply online from Japan
Either way, I was going to rent an apartment, so that's fine ...
